So, tomorrow is National Mustard Day or some such ridiculous thing. As such, we celebrated last night.
Mike made wraps with a “honey” mustard dressing
Kevin made amazing pretzel dogs
Anne made a salad with a mustard dressing
I bought some spring rolls to eat with Chinese hot mustard
Laurie brought pan-seared hot dogs and mustard
And Steph made chickpea patties to go with Brian’s mustard bbq sauce (yum!)
and for dessert… cinnamon sugar pretzels!
Next week: fruit.
Also, some vicious squirrel has eaten all our corn from our garden this year =(. Fortunately, our CSA has supplied us with lots of corn. Huzzah!
