02-17 Jeff’s Bday – Hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and cocktails

Another week, another tasty, tasty dinner club.

Laurie’s scallion pancakes and dipping sauce

and she also made cream cheese squares with apple and tomato!

Amber made stuffed mushrooms!

Robbie made tofu triangles with spicy mayo

Anne made a tasty bruschetta (and has been filling the house with the smell of basil, since!)

Mike made lettuce wraps with a filling like what I’ve had at restaurants before- so good!

Jeff’s friend Luke brought these date balls

Laurie’s Chocolate-covered ricemallow

I made banana split cupcakes, some with blueberry preserves and some with strawberry.


Aaaaaaaaaand 02-24 is set to be Mexican Flag Day!! We’ve got some open weeks coming up- share any ideas you’d like to see!
