Back in the swing-o-things

I made spinach pancake things.

I also made 12 naans, which the group of 11 of us ate all of.

Laurie and Jeff made a curry pea dish

Mike made this onion chutney, replacing the dried chiles with 1 tbsp paste and using 1/3 c canned diced tomatoes instead of a tomato and chopped in our Vita Mix (ALL HAIL THE VITA MIX!). Tastes just like this one we get at a local restaurant. SO GOOD.

Steph’s coworker brought a delicious fruit salad!

Recent newcomer Alexa made a raw dish, saag acado. The taste reminded me of what I remember of KFC cole slaw, and it was delish!

And, from another newcomer Andrea, mango lassis!!! Actually, the mango lassi and the saag acado were a perfect balance to go with some spicier dishes.

Always a great theme!
